Think about what aspects of those subjects you enjoy - do you like problem solving? Creating things? Working in a team?
Get involved in extra-curricular activities - I enjoyed choir, learning piano, Girl Guides and my church's youth group
Reach out to a range of workplaces to get a variety of work experience - ruling out areas is just as useful
Speak to people older than you to practice networking and ask their career advice
Always ask for feedback - particularly when applying to jobs. After graduating, I was rejected by a supermarket cafe!
