We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused individual to join our team in a customer engagement and technical support role. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer relationships, resolving technical issues, and ensuring high levels of service delivery across CCTV and remote monitoring solutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring positive outcomes and high service standards.
Act as a key point of contact for customer queries, technical support, and issue resolution.
Manage multiple customer cases and priorities effectively within a fast-paced environment.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues relating to CCTV systems, connectivity, networking, and hardware performance.
Configure and support remote monitoring and security systems.
Maintain accurate records within CRM and case management systems.
Work collaboratively with installers, engineers, and third-party technical providers to deliver effective solutions.
Take ownership of customer issues from initial report through to resolution.
