What You'll Do at Codec

As an ERP & Business Systems Apprentice at Codec, you'll be part of the team responsible for supporting and enhancing our business systems, helping colleagues across the organisation work more efficiently and effectively. You'll gain hands-on experience working with our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platform, learning how technology supports key business functions such as finance, operations, procurement, reporting, and customer management.

Working alongside experienced ERP specialists, business analysts, and technical teams, you'll develop an understanding of business processes and how they are translated into technology solutions. You'll assist with system support, data analysis, testing, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives, while studying towards your university qualification.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys technology, problem-solving, data, and working with people to improve business processes.

• Support users across the business with ERP and business system queries

• Assist with troubleshooting system issues and investigating root causes

• Help configure, test, and deploy system enhancements and new functionality

• Support data management, reporting, and analysis activities

• Assist with documenting business processes, procedures, and system changes

• Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and identify opportunities for improvement

• Participate in ERP projects, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives

• Learn how different business functions interact within an integrated ERP environment

• Develop skills in business analysis, data management, and systems support
