The candidate will be divided between a range of departments including HR (training & development and recruitment), Supply chain and marketing in morning and afternoon sessions. The candidate will get an overview of onboarding & HR processes, induction, HR functions, training methods used, assist with updating HR & training records as well as gain an insight into content creation & social media, campaign planning, brand & design insights and shadow procurement and stock management processes and warehouse operations and production planning.
