About the Role: 

We’re expanding and seeking a motivated, detail-oriented individual to join us as a Trainee Accounts Administrator. This full-time, entry-level position includes comprehensive training, continuous support, and practical, hands-on experience. You'll develop a strong foundation in financial administration, gaining experience in areas such as purchase ledger processing, sales ledger processing alongside a range of general finance administration tasks, with the goal of progressing into a more senior Accounts Administrator role.

You’ll be part of a supportive team environment where experienced professionals will mentor you as you take on real responsibilities. From day one, you’ll contribute to daily operations, problem-solving, and continuous improvement projects — all while developing practical skills and gaining a clear understanding of how different parts of the business work together.

Working Hours: Mon–Thu 08:30–17:00 (45-min break), Fri 09:00–16:00 (30-min break)

What We’re Looking For:

We’re looking for someone with a positive attitude and a strong interest in building a career in finance and administration.

As a Trainee Accounts Administrator, you’ll need to be:

·         Self-motivated, dependable, and eager to develop professionally within an accounts environment

·         Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and build positive working relationships

·         Highly organised and meticulous, with a focus on maintaining accurate financial records and adhering to established processes

·         Proactive in identifying discrepancies and contributing to practical, timely resolutions

It would be great (but not essential) if you also have:

·         The ability to develop strong IT skills are essential for this role, including:

-   Microsoft Packages e.g., Outlook, Word, Excel etc.

-   Financial and operational software packages

-   Dynamics 365 Business Central 

·         Strong organisational skills and ability to multi-task

·         Demonstrated initiative and high levels of energy

·         Excellent communication skills and work ethics
