We are a passionate team focused on delivering high end artisanal pastries and breads to local businesses and direct customers. We pride ourselves in consistently delivering fresh and unique options that keep our customer base intrigued and returning to try new things.

We bake bread and pastries for local restaurants and cafes throughout the week, delivering all over Belfast and sometimes further afield. Thursday, Friday & Saturdays we open a hatch at the front of our bakery to showcase our products to local customers who can call down and purchase freshly prepared coffee, bread & pastries as well as some store cupbaord goods prepared by ourselves or other local businesses.

We are a small, supportive team to be part of that push each other to learn and grow in a range of skills from practical baking tasks to time management, social media & marketing as well as planning.
