Williams & Shaw is an independent Building Services Consultancy Practice based in Carryduff, near Belfast, delivering engineering projects throughout the UK and internationally. Established in 1961, its engineers manage every stage of a project, from feasibility studies and design through to contract administration and construction supervision, across sectors including commercial, education, healthcare, leisure and heritage. The practice's work has earned numerous industry awards, including RIBA, RICS and Civic Trust honours for projects such as Riddel Hall at Queen's University Belfast and the Castle Espie Wildfowl & Wetland Visitor Centre.

Our work

We provide independent building services engineering consultancy from our offices in Carryduff, near Belfast, working with clients in the public and private sectors across the UK and internationally. Our work spans commercial, education, healthcare, leisure, industrial and heritage projects, and our designs incorporate low carbon and sustainable solutions, where we are qualified to act as Low Carbon Consultants. Our projects have received recognition including RIBA, RICS, RIAI and Civic Trust awards, including for heritage and conservation work such as St Malachy's Church and Castle Espie Wildfowl & Wetland Visitor Centre.
