Alongside this role you will be completing the course Leading Customer Operations > Level 6
Be part of a team responsible for operational activities for both business and personal customers.
Ensure customers are dealt with in a professional manner and their needs are met.
Adhere to bank policies and procedures.
Work independently and as part of a team and liaise with other teams across the business
Track, record, report, and store accurate and complete information about transactions and our customers.
Provide customers information about products and services offered by the bank.
