Alongside this role you will be completing the course Leading Customer Operations > Level 6
Provide exceptional customer service through both over the phone and face to face interactions
Processing customer transactions, such as deposits, withdrawals, and payments, resolving complaints, and answering questions.
Ensure customers are dealt with in a professional manner
Work independently and as part of a team to meet individual and team performance targets
Adhere to bank policies and procedures
Assist new and existing customers, ensuring needs are being met
Offering customers information about products and services offered by the bank.
Track, record, report, and store accurate and complete information about transactions and customers.
