As an Apprentice, you will work alongside the Senior Commercial Manager and Operations team to provide support in managing costs and contracts on projects whilst gaining hands-on experience and working towards a qualification.

Your Main Responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the procurement process, including sourcing suppliers and subcontractors

• Helping with contract administration and ensuring compliance

• Conducting site visits to monitor progress and check measurements

• Maintaining accurate records and documentation for reporting

• Attending college or university to complete the necessary qualification

• A Levels, BTEC (or equivalent)

• GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English

• A strong proactive work ethic and drive to progress your career in Quantity Surveying

• Good organisational skills

• Strong numeracy skills

• Keen attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Interested in construction

• Possess knowledge of Microsoft Office packages and Information Technology in general
