The HR team is at the heart of the organisation – helping recruit talent, supporting employee wellbeing, and shaping a positive workplace culture Every day is different. You will learn how organisations work, expand your knowledge of employment law and best practice, and build skills in communication and problem-solving.
Typical tasks you may carry out include:
· Access email account to support responses to HR enquiries.
· Process documentation (filing, retrieving files)
· Schedule interviews and support with preparing documentation
· Use an online learning portal
· Provide administrative support to the Absence and Recruitment teams
· Excellent organisational skills including the ability to prioritise
· Work on own initiative
· Attention to detail and accuracy
· Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
