You should have a positive attitude, a willingness to learn and an interest in business, marketing or operations. You should be reliable, punctual and able to follow instructions. Good communication skills, a good level of IT literacy and the ability to work as part of a team are desirable. Curiosity, enthusiasm and a respectful approach to the workplace are essential.
