Subject to application and operational demands, it may be possible for this placement to take place at any of our six Leisure facilities - Allen Park (Antrim), Antrim Forum, Ballyearl Arts & Leisure Centre, Crumlin Leisure Centre, Sixmile Leisure Centre (Ballyclare) and Valley Leisure Center (Newtownabbey).

 This placement will provide students with opportunity to gain an understanding of tasks involved in the Leisure Attendant (Dry) role including

- Supervising and assisting customers throughout the leisure centre to ensure their safe and enjoyable use of the facilities (indoor and outdoor) and involvement in activities

 - Providing a high level of internal and external customer service including taking ownership of customer queries, complaints, booking enquiries and related administration to ensure high customer and service standard provision

- Ensuring a comprehensive cleaning programme and fault-reporting procedure is in place and implemented. Carrying out set ups and cleaning duties, throughout the complex on a regular and ongoing basis, maintaining highest standards at all times

- Ensuring high standards in the preparation, set-up and recovery of equipment both indoor and outdoor. Preparing areas; assisting at events/functions/activities, providing refreshments as required. Ensuring stores and areas are tidy and clean
