Pupils will observe the sales process from beginning to end - this will include initial sales proposals, marketing techniques, insight into the UK and international markets, communicating with customers, finalizing contracts, and observing the invoicing process.
Quality Department
Pupils will start off with an overview of the relevant Quality Assurance standards (ISO9001), before heading onto the shop floor to spend some time inspecting quality through the production process. This experience ends with an inspection of a final product.
Strategic Purchasing Department
Accurate inputting of data, preparation of training documents, supporting stores with booking-in goods when necessary, placing of orders for bus parts, contacting suppliers for prices, monitoring stock levels & placing orders as required.
Aftercare Department
Pupils will cover order processing, inventory management, customer enquiries, invoicing and gain insights into a variety of administrative processes that make up the All Service One department
