Work Experience 2026

Connecting businesses and local schools

Following last year’s successful project, Antrim & Newtownabbey Borough Council is partnering with Workplus to offer a coordinated Work Experience Programme for post primary schools in the Borough. It has been designed to make work experience easier for everyone and let local pupils see the breadth of opportunities in their area – from multi-nationals to thriving micro-businesses.

The aim of the project is to connect employers with future talent and build transversal skills in our young people.
