About the role

Supervise and assist customers throughout the leisure centre to ensure their safe and enjoyable use of the facilities (indoor and outdoor) and involvement in activities.

Provide a high level of internal and external customer service including taking ownership of customer queries, complaints, booking enquiries and related administration to ensure high customer and service standard provision.

Ensure a comprehensive cleaning programme and fault-reporting procedure is in place and implemented. Carry out set ups, cleaning duties, throughout the complex on a regular and ongoing basis maintaining highest standards at all times.

Ensuring high standards in the preparation, set-up and recovery of equipment both indoor and outdoor. Prepare areas; assist at events/functions/activities, providing refreshments as required. Ensuring stores and areas are tidy and clean.
