About the role

Duties will vary across areas of the team

  • Provide first-line and second-line support for enterprise applications, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer issues.
  • Monitor and manage incoming tickets through the Service Desk queue, prioritising work.
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve application, system, and access-related issues, escalating to internal teams where required using established escalation processes.
  • Accurately document incidents, requests, investigations, and resolutions

What are we looking for

  • Be at least 18 years on or before 1 July in the year you start your course and must satisfy the general entry requirements. 
  • Achieved GCSE Maths grade C or above, plus English grade C or above (or Essential Skills in English at Level 2), plus Level 3 qualifications that are in a relevant discipline.
