A basic understanding of coding (from education, self-learning, or personal projects)
A strong interest in software development and problem-solving
A clear keenness to progress and improve as a programmer
Logical thinking and attention to detail
Willingness to learn, ask questions, and take feedback on board
Desirable (but not required):
Exposure to any programming language or web technology
Personal projects, coursework, or online learning in coding
Familiarity with how websites or applications work
Knowledge of the construction industry is not essential. Industry-specific knowledge will be learned on the job — the focus of this role is learning and developing strong software engineering skills.
