Role Purpose:
The Higher-Level Apprentice in Site Management will combine academic study with practical, on‑site experience to develop a broad understanding of construction site operations and management processes. The role supports the safe, efficient and high‑quality delivery of construction projects while building technical, organisational and professional skills for future progression within the business.
Main Responsibilities:
Support the day-to-day operations of construction sites under the supervision of the Site Management Team.
Assist with planning, coordinating and monitoring site activates to programme.
Support the management of subcontractors, suppliers and site resources.
Help ensure site works are carried out safety and in line with health & safety and quality standards.
Assist with site inspections, recording keeping and reporting.
Review drawings, specifications and site documentation.
Support quality checks and handover activate.
Complete all academic and workplace requirements of the Higher- Level Apprenticeship.
Essential Criteria:
Relevant A Levels or equivalent qualifications
GCSE’s including Maths and English at Grade C or above.
A genuine interest in construction and site operations.
Willingness to work on live construction sites across all locations.
Ability to commit to and balance full time work with academic study as part of a Higher-Level Apprenticeship.
Awareness of, and commitment to, health & safety and quality standards.
A reliable, professional attitude with a willingness to learn and develop.
Eligibility to work in the UK.
Skills and Personal Attributes:
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Strong organisational and time management skills
Practical problem-solving approach and attention to detail.
Ability to work well as part of a team whiling taking instructions from site management.
Basic IT skills and confidence handling site documentation.
Positive and proactive attitude with a willingness to learn.
Reliable, professional and able to adapt to a fast-paced site environment.
