This work experience placement offers a great chance to see behind the scenes of a busy hotel and learn how food and drink services operate. Participants will help the food and beverage team with welcoming guests, serving food and drinks, setting up and clearing tables, and keeping service areas clean and organised. There will also be opportunities to learn about teamwork, customer service, and how a hotel delivers a great guest experience.
