This work experience placement gives participants an exciting insight into how events are planned and delivered in a professional setting. Time will be split between the events office and live events. In the office, participants will observe how events are organised, help with basic admin tasks, and learn about planning, scheduling, and communication. During event days, they will assist with setting up event spaces, supporting event service, welcoming guests, and helping ensure events run smoothly. This placement offers a hands-on look at teamwork, organisation, and customer experience.
