In Northern Ireland, our team of 150+ engineers, scientists, transport planners, environmentalists, quantity surveyors and built environment professionals delivers consultancy services across water, transportation, environment and energy — for public and private sector clients alike.

Our apprenticeships are designed to give you real experience from day one. Through on-the-job learning and practical skills development, you'll work on live projects, collaborate with specialists, and work towards a professional qualification — all while earning a meaningful salary. You'll be supported by leaders, technical experts and your own dedicated mentor throughout.

We moved into our new offices on Great Victoria Street in 2022, right opposite the future Transport Hub — a fitting location for a team shaping the infrastructure of tomorrow.

Salaries range from £21,000 to £28,808 depending on role and level, and we're proud to pay the Real Living Wage for Level 6 Apprenticeships.
