Key Responsibilities
We can offer you an apprenticeship opportunity that is the first step in a rewarding career.
A key part of the role is transitioning new clients (i.e. trust-based occupational pension schemes) onto Mantle, our bespoke in-house software. This process includes working with legal to determine scheme benefits which are then coded onto the system alongside underlying scheme data. Everything is then fully tested before being released to our client teams in order to service all aspects of the pension scheme membership. On an ongoing basis the scheme data and benefits are analysed and updated as the scheme members proceed on their journey from scheme entry through to ultimate retirement.
As a Data and Systems Analyst Apprentice you will:
Become competent in the use of our bespoke in-house software Mantle;
Maintain and develop business systems;
Receive training on data management including installation and auditing;

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week with additional hours as and when required.
All roles are subject to a six-month probationary period and all prospective employees are required to complete an Access NI check.
As part of the pre-hire process the successful candidate will be subject to reference checking security vetting.

Essential Criteria
A Level (or equivalent) Mathematics grade B or above
GCSE (or equivalent) grades A – C in Mathematics and English
Excellent IT Skills and proficient in Microsoft Packages, i.e. Word, Excel
Experience of working pro-actively and using your own initiative to complete tasks
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
