About the role

Pupils will have the opportunity to work shadow Manufacturing Engineers and Technicians across all divisions within the business. 

 

  • Identifying waste and non-value added activities within the manufacturing process to improve efficiencies 
  • Offering support to production and resolving issues
  • Designing of JIGs and fixtures 
  • Technical document writing
